We act as:

•         Processor for Customer Data and Conversation Data processed on behalf ofCustomers under the Services, as defined in our Terms of Service.

•         End-users interacting with AIassistants (Korrah) deployed by our Customers;

We may collect:

•         Name, job title, company name

•         Business email address andphone number

•         Account credentials andauthentication identifiers

•         Billing details and paymentmethod metadata (processed via third‑party payment providers)

•         Communications and supportrequests

4.2 Customer Data & ConversationData

When Customers use the Services:

•         Customer Data may include documents, datasets, configuration files and othercontent uploaded by Customers or their Authorized Users.

•         Conversation Data includes inputs provided by end-users to Korrah and outputsgenerated by Korrah in a production environment.

Ai4u processes this data solely onCustomer instructions and does not use Conversation Data to trainfoundation models.

4.3 Automatically Collected Data

We may collect:

•         IP address, device and browserinformation

•         Log data and usage metrics

•         Cookies and similartechnologies

5. How We Use Personal Data

We use Personal Data to:

•         Provide, operate and secure theServices

•         Authenticate users and manageaccounts

•         Process payments and billing

•         Provide customer support andprofessional services

•         Monitor usage, performance andsecurity

•         Generate Analytics Data(excluding training on Conversation Data)

•         Improve and develop theServices

Ai4u may generate Analytics Datafrom use of the Services. Analytics Data:

•         Does not include ConversationData used for model training

•         Is aggregated or anonymisedwhere possible

•         May be used to improvefeatures, performance, support and security

Ai4u retains ownership of AnalyticsData.

8. Data Sharing and Sub‑Processors

We may share Personal Data with:

•         Cloud hosting andinfrastructure providers

•         Payment processors

•         Analytics and monitoringproviders

•         Professional advisers (legal,accounting)

All sub‑processors are bound bycontractual confidentiality and data protection obligations. A current Sub‑ProcessorList is available on request.

Customer Data and Personal Data may beprocessed in the UK, EEA or United States, as described in the Terms ofService.

Where data is transferred outside theUK/EEA, we use appropriate safeguards, such as:
